Therapy for Therapists/Healers

As therapists, we care deeply about our healing, but our clinical minds often double as protective armour. We know how to talk around our pain, perform the role of the client, and intellectualize what we ought to be feeling. I specialize in helping clinicians recognize their unique protective patterns and move into deep, experiential healing. Using an integrative blend of Eastern, Western, and Indigenous traditions, anchored in somatic practices, we skillfully navigate these protective strategies so you can finally receive the same depth of healing you facilitate for others.

Therapy for Sexual Trauma

Sexual trauma doesn’t stay in the past—it spills into your daily life, impacting your thoughts, bodily sensations, relationship dynamics, and sleep. Healing is possible, and you don't have to navigate it by yourself. I help clients heal from C-PTSD and release the heavy burden of symptoms—whether that looks like shame, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, a harsh inner critic, or simply feeling unsafe in your own skin. Using integrative tools like EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS (parts work), and somatics, I offer a gentle yet powerful space to help your nervous system finally feel at peace.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a process of learning to understand and befriend all parts of yourself, including the difficult experiences and protective patterns that have shaped you. Through conversation and experiential techniques like EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic awareness, parts work, and expressive arts, you can gently process trauma, heal attachment wounds, and untangle the deeply rooted cycles of grief, shame, and addiction. Together, we will work to cultivate a deeper sense of connection, safety, and self-compassion—creating new ways of relating to yourself and others while transforming protective patterns that no longer serve you.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can become stuck in painful cycles—pursuing and withdrawing, criticizing and defending, blaming and avoiding—that leave both partners feeling disconnected and misunderstood. Drawing from Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help couples understand and change these patterns without making either partner the “bad guy,” exploring what lies beneath the conflict, taking responsibility for each person’s contribution, and developing new ways of relating that foster greater safety, vulnerability, understanding, and connection. Together, we can break this cycle and restore the love that brought you together.
